OGLE COUNTY JAIL VIDEO VISITATION GUIDELINES

**Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, All On-Site Visitations are Suspended until further notice**

The Ogle County Correctional Center offers a video visitation service, which allows visitors to safely visit from virtually any place with a stable internet connection, also known as “remote” visitation.  This same system will be utilized for visitation at the Ogle County Correctional Center, also known as “on-site” visitation.

  • All visitors must create an Inmatesales Online account via the website:

                 http://www.videovisitanywhere.com or Inmatesales.com

Visitors are encouraged to complete each section of the Securus online account. Any omission of requested information on the Securus online account may result in unnecessary delays during the approval process of your account.

  • All visits, “remote” & “on-site” visits, must be scheduled through the websites listed above. Jail Staff do NOT have the ability to schedule “remote” visits, so please do not contact Jail Staff to assist with this.
  • Custodial residents will receive notification of scheduled visits upon checking their account on the terminal located within their housing unit.
  • Remote visitation is only available on select housing units.

Visitors who have questions or experience issues regarding visits, scheduling a visit, or using the visitation website, must contact Securus Customer Support by calling them at 1-972-734-1111, or by visiting their website and utilizing the Live Chat or Email options.
