Mission Statement: To advocate on behalf of domestic violence victims and their children in a welcoming environment.  Caring professionals provide safety planning, support, shelter, and referrals while empowering survivors to build a safe and peaceful future.

Target Population: Victims and survivors of domestic abuse and their children.

Program Purpose: To provide safety, counselling and support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse and their children.

Services Provided: HOPE provides a 24-hour hotline, support groups, individual and family counseling, temporary shelter, resources and referrals, advocacy, court advocacy, medical advocacy, and Latinx and rural outreach services. All services are free and available in Spanish. Counseling and outreach services are available in Rochelle, Oregon, and Polo. HOPE provides prevention education to students, and community presentations about domestic abuse, strangulation prevention, and HOPE services.
